Euskal Denda is the sector that deals with traditional Basque crafts, held also in December coinciding with the Durangoko Azoka, and is a reference point for craftwork in the whole Basque Country.

Craftsmen and craftswomen from all corners of the Basque Country make their way to Durango to show off their work in Euskal Denda. In this fair we will see the latest creative tendencies, where common objects have been given a new lease of life, simple objects that were once in everyday use by our ancestors.

Stone, paper, wood, glass, silks, basket weavers, blacksmiths : they all give demonstrations of their work, inviting us to get involved and discover some of their secrets. In addition, we can sample some delicious cheeses, yogourts and confectionary of all kinds made by small cottage industries of Euskadi.
